What are CnJ Vacations hours of operation?

Yes, CnJ Vacations can book travel for you if your residence is anywhere within the USA.

CnJ Vacations is an Independent Agent of Dugan’s Travels, and some vendor information will display “Dugan’s Travels” on it.  All your travel arrangements are made entirely by CNJ Vacations.

Depending on your travel destination, a passport may not be required when traveling outside the United States; however, we highly recommend having an up-to-date passport for ANY international travel. 

A “Passport Book” is valid for all forms of international travel -air, land, and sea. This is the only document that can be used for international travel. It is required to enter and exit all foreign countries that require a passport. The book is best for international trips that involve flying overseas or visiting countries such as Europe, Asia, Africa, or South America. We highly recommend the passport book for any client planning an international vacation, business trip, or extensive travel.

A Passport Card is a more limited, wallet-sized travel document designed for specific purposes. This card is only valid for land and sea travel to and from the following locations;

  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Bermuda
  • The Caribbean

The card cannot be used for international air travel. Its primary function is to serve as a convenient, lower-cost alternative to the passport book for travelers who frequently cross the U.S Border by land or sea. The card is best for Daytrips, cruises, or frequent cross-border travel by vehicle or ship to neighboring countries.

Yes, you can cancel any booking for travel, but you will be responsible for any penalties imposed by the travel vendor for canceling, if applicable.

CnJ Vacations accepts any credit card that is honored by the travel vendor for your vacation.

The CnJ Vacations website has been set up, always keeping our clients’ privacy and security in mind.  Note that travel is booked through the vendor’s booking system, not the CnJ Vacations website.  The website is used solely to capture or provide the information needed to book client travel.   

Yes, we will always send confirmation of any travel or vacation booking for your reference, to the communication channel you’ve provided us.  We always suggest reviewing the booking information for accuracy immediately and contacting us with any discrepancies that need to be updated. 

Yes, if you have the traveler’s information, you can book travel for someone else.  A form of communication for the traveler, and the traveler’s email address, will be requested so we can send the travel confirmation for what we’ve booked for them. 

 

No, CnJ Vacations cannot accept cash or checks for your travel payments.  All payments to CnJ Vacations must be made using the traveler’s credit card information.

We suggest planning to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight in case of traffic delays or high passenger volume, or if security lines are long.

Yes, CnJ Vacations can schedule airport transfers and car rentals.

Yes, if available, you can request a specific room type or view, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, CnJ Vacations offers travel insurance, which is always recommended when making travel plans for your protection.
